Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail.

Yes, return shipping fees are at the customers own expense.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the returned shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable)

Shipping/Tracking

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to reunite areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment and tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the email confirmation. It can take an anywhere between 2-5 days, depending on your state location.

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

We ship to all 50 states in the US. Any shipments outside of the US are not available at this time.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. The refund will be processed within a week after receiving your return package. We do not accept order cancellations if the order has already been shipped.
